Josh joins the Ereira Mendoza team, having previously worked in all aspects of the property market. He started his career in the North London residential market but soon found his niche in the commercial sector, specialising in offices and retail. Enthusiastic and proactive, he brings a quick, analytical mind to the needs and requirements of clients, quickly grasping the bigger picture and acting accordingly.
Out of hours
Josh is a self-confessed extrovert and a member of Ereira Mendoza’s burgeoning Tottenham Hotspur supporters’ club. He also plays football and tennis and has travelled extensively.
Person he most admires
Nelson Mandela, who he describes as inspirational. Josh also recommends his autobiography, A Long Walk to Freedom, which he defines as 700 pages of pure drive and motivation
