Marc brings to Ereira Mendoza a wealth of deal making experience with an eye for detail and his knowledge of the UK market.

Having started his career in commercial property, he moved into corporate headhunting and then to David Pearl’s Structadene Group where he honed and developed his deal-making mentality.

Having advised on transactions on behalf a range of clients including UK Institutional investors, International Property funds and a number of private high net worth individuals, Marc can advise accordingly.

Marc brings sharpness and energy to the Ereira Mendoza offer, capitalising on the skill sets he developed in the cut and thrust worlds of head-hunting and commercial property. He sees both these business areas demanding excellent research skills, solution selling and ultimately deal making. Marc will say if the fundamentals aren’t right and the deal doesn’t work on paper then despite what your financial models tell you, you shouldn’t be doing it.

Out of hours
Another member of Ereira Mendoza’s burgeoning Spurs supporters, Marc is also a keen participant in all sport and plays in a Sunday football league. He is a keen golfer and is happy to take on all challengers providing he plays off 24! He plays poker at tournament level and has travelled extensively.
