Zalman brings to Ereira Mendoza a strong technical knowledge of financial markets and real estate analysis together with the ability to clearly explain complex transactions. After earning his BA (Hons) in Liberal Arts, in the USA he honed his skills by studying at Cass Business School, London graduating with a MSc (Dist) in Real Estate. He continues his Rabbinic studies pursuing his passion for lifelong learning.

He started his career working in the City real estate market but soon expanded his focus nationwide. With an extensive network spanning three continents he is rooted in the world of commercial real estate, enabling him to extract value for investors.

Zalman is a devotee of Nassim Nicholas Taleb and his theory of Black Swan Events. He is consequently sceptical of long term financial predictions and has learned to expect the unexpected.

Zalman is a bridge between the world of academia and the practice of deliverability of commercialism with the best efforts in both.

Out of hours
Zalman is an avid reader with a secret passion for science fiction he also dabbles in computer programming when not spending time with his wife and children.

Jeff Bezos CEO of Amazon for making client satisfaction being the centre of his business; a quality Zalman tries to emulate.
